Tackling Militant Racism

In this book I seek to tackle not just racist crime, but the causes of racist crime. Indeed, while proposing changes to UK laws that tackle extreme and militant racism, I challenge the myth that racist expression is protected by the human rights convention and argue for the development of counter-message legislation to deter and discourage racially offensive expression.

Over the past year or so, possibly connected with this publication, I  have received written death threats and abusive phone calls. To those responsible for this abuse, I say simply - "If you feel the need to resort to violence, or threats of violence, you have lost the argument".
