AS UK Politics - A2 US Politics - AS Citizenship

Students are encouraged to purchase their own textbooks so they can annotate etc. You can buy books online (usually with discount) and expect delivery within a few days.

Please use the College Library - they have a wide selection of relevant books (see our online 'Reading list' of recommended Law and Citizenship textbooks).

Any student who wishes to sell their textbooks on to other students at the end of the academic year can use the Law Hut student notice-board to advertise.

E-Books - Cavendish have a new service where you can buy online a chapter of specific books. Included in their electronic bookshelf is 'The English Legal System' by Slapper and Kelly. This method of download purchasing could be useful for a student who wants more depth for a particular assignment, but does not want to buy a whole book. Visit http://www.cavendishpublishing.com/html/index.asp for details.

Students should NOT take a textbook out of the Law/Citizenship Classroom without the prior and express approval of a Laws teacher.
