ELSR1 - * Key Skills 3.1b * (Make a presentation about a complex subject (using at least one image to illustrate complex points). Your presentation could be about: The advantages and disadvantages of Juries/Magistrates/ADR etc. It could explain Police Powers and/or different methods of sentencing. You need a key skills form and you need to agree the presentation topic with your Laws Teacher before delivery.

(1) Work in pairs (to be selected by the Laws teacher): From the EssayBank select two 'English Legal System' examination questions and produce a detailed written plan and answer for each question. Then, as a team, explain your plan and read your written answer to the entire class.

(2) Practice planning and then writing past 'English Legal System' examination questions.

(3) Undertake a number of 'mini mock' examinations.
